A community walk from darkness into light to support those who have been impacted by suicide and mental illness
Meet us at 612 James Blvd Signal Mtn TN at parking lot for Signal Mtn Presbyterian for the start of a gentle one mile walk to Signal Point as the sun rises.
Our Beginning
The first walk was held on May 8, 2021 inspired by the Irish awareness campaign called “Darkness Into Light”. Initially Vivienne envisioned a solitary walk in solidarity with friends in Ireland and in memory of her brother, Greg. When she became aware of the need for expression and resources in our community she invited friends to join her.
